How Generational Healing® works
One session can change your entire life - chances are if you think you have trauma passed down from your Ancestors… you do. And you’d benefit greatly from a session.

There is so much nuance and complexity in a family dynamic which you inherit through your family line. While I recommend one session to start, multiple sessions are available to support you in unweaving your family trauma and accelerating your healing process.

What Happens During a Generational Healing® Session?
During your session, you will be asked a couple of questions about your family lineage, your intention for the session, and what you are experiencing in your life that you would like to transform.
You will then lie down comfortably in a peaceful and quiet healing space to begin your session.
As you begin to relax, I connect with your Ancestors from either side of your lineage and the experience begins.
Sessions last for 1 hour & 15 mins. The Generational Healing® Session part of the session is 45 mins. We talk before the session for 15 mins, and then again after the healing for 15 mins to discuss what came up and any questions you may have.
An open heart and mind is helpful when receiving a Generational Healing® Afterward, you’ll experience the benefits of feeling lighter, happier, more relaxed, and at ease.
There is no difference between in-person and Remote Healing - they are equally powerful and effective.
